Support Local With New Cash Mob Program!
The Chamber is creating a new FUN program to help promote and support our brick and mortar businesses. Have you heard of a “flash mob”? Our new program is a “CASH MOB” and we need your participation.
The Chamber CASH MOB is an opportunity for anyone to visit a particular business on a special day and shop. For every $10 you spend that day at that location your name will be entered into a special CASH MOB drawing for a $25 gift certificate. There is no obligation to purchase anything but if you do you may win an extra $25 gift certificate.
The location for each CASH MOB will be announced the day before. There is no specific day of the week or number of CASH MOBS per month. They are spontaneous so have your $10 ready to spend at a local business. You have all heard about the importance of SHOPPING LOCAL so you know your participation and your $10 support can have greater and longer lasting effects on our community than just what you buy that day.
THE RULES
The rules are simple. Make a copy of your CASH MOB invitation sent to you via the Chamber electronic newsletter and visit the CASH MOB business within the hours indicated on the CASH MOB day. Each business will have special deals and offers just for the CASH MOB. Your name will be entered into the drawing once for every $10 you spend during the CASH MOB event. The winner of the $25 gift certificate will be drawn at the end of the CASH MOB. You do not have to be present to win. We will call the winner and announce them in our electronic and printed newsletters.
