The SBDC, Small Business Development Center, will have office hours at The Chamber of Commerce, Windham Region, the first Wednesday of every month from 3:00-5:00 PM. The SBDC offers free business advice and counseling for new and existing businesses. Appointments should be made by calling 860-486-4629.
