become Prudence Crandall and Sarah Harris, bringing to life the memories of
teacher and student at New England’s first Academy “.for young Ladies and
little Misses of color.”
Program includes the dramatic performance in addition to tea, tea
sandwiches, scones and sweets, and tours of the museum. Two seatings
offered: 12:30pm or 3:30pm, with the performance (at the First
Congregational Church of Canterbury) at 2pm for both seatings. Tickets are
$30 per person, and pre-registration is required as seating in the museum’s
John Carter House is limited.
