Senior Director, Finance and Facilities Wanted At Access Community Action Agency

In support of the Access Mission, Strategic Commitments, and Values we are seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Senior Director, Finance and Facilities

Responsibilities: Fiscal Management – Manage all grants and contracts. Ensure an effective system of internal fiscal controls is in place. Develop, monitor and ensure compliance with the agency’s annual budget. Monitor and make recommendations regarding agency investments.  Property Management – Ensure effective management of all properties and landlord-tenant relationships. Develop and implement approved capital improvement plans.  Agency Leadership – Supervise staff. Represent Access as a strong, willing and able community partner.  Actively and effectively participate in Senior and Agency Leadership Teams. Be an integral part of the development and implementation of the Agency Strategic and Annual Operating Plans.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or a comparable combination of education and experience. Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience. Minimum three years supervisory experience. Effectively works independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Communicates effectively in both the written and spoken word. Works well with a diverse group of managers.
