The Eastern Connecticut Business Resource Center was founded in 2008 by The Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Windham Region to provide both our members and the community with information, resources, guidance, mentoring and support to assist them in starting their own business or in growing and expanding the one they currently own. The Center brings together professionals from Federal, State, and local programs to provide clients with a complete portfolio of services and programs offered to businesses. The Center also offers “Start Your Own Business” classes, workshops, seminars, and webinars that are free of charge. The goal of the Business Resource Center is to provide these invaluable resources locally and conveniently, and to provide an environment that is supportive and effecting in helping to create jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities.
