Case Resolution Program
The Nationwide Tax Forums offer tax professionals with unresolved client cases the opportunity to meet face to face with IRS representatives in the Case Resolution Program. Tax businesses should bring only one client case per Forum to the Case Resolution Program. To schedule an appointment, visit the case resolution table at the Forum or go directly to the case resolution room during the three-day event. A Forum attendee must bring an original, valid power of attorney for any case he or she wishes to work with the IRS. Bring a completed Nationwide Tax Forum Case Data Sheet along with any supporting documents to assist in expediting the case. The program is for client cases only.
The Forums also feature a two-day expo with tax and financial businesses offering products, services and expertise designed with the tax professional in mind. Prior years’ presentations are available on IRS.gov.
