The Windham Region Chamber of Commerce has created a “Young Professionals” group to create an opportunity for young professionals to create professional networks and relationships that will build and support their careers, as well as to provide opportunities for them to engage in community service for causes they are passionate about. Any entrepreneur, business owner, or career minded individual under 40 years of age can participate. The group meets at local businesses once per month on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm. The cost to participate is usually $10 per event but there could be additional fees depending on the location or activity that month.
