All vendor booths include one 8″ table. There are no chairs. You will need to bring your own table coverings. deadline to register is Feb 28th.
booths will be located throughout the east brook mall
we recommend that all vendors do some kind of interactive display to engage visitors. Free drawings and giveaways are always successful. setup begins at 8:30am on saturday. all vendors must be setup no later than 9:30am vendors must have somone in their booth at all times. breakdown cannot begin any earlier than 4:00pm on Sunday. Vendor spaces are at the discretion of the chamber. all displays must be professional, appropriate & family friendly. the chamber has the right to refuse any vendor or to edit vendor’s displays. Vendors must be paid in full before set up begins. checks & credit cards accepted.
