Topic: Unemployment Compensation and CHRO.

We will focus on both the practical and procedural issues for employers faced with hearings initiated by terminated employees, or those who otherwise claim employment discrimination.  We will explain the mechanics of the process, important statutory language, and provide practical pointers from years of experience representing employers in such actions.  We will make this as interactive as possible, taking questions at any time.

If you have ever had or plan to have an employee, you NEED to be here!  This presentation can save you LOTS of time and money and aggravation.

Our presenter:

MICHAEL J. KOPSICK has been in private law practice for nearly thirty years and manages the firm’s Litigation Department.  Attorney Kopsick focuses his practice on Business Disputes, Debtor/Creditor Rights, Foreclosure, Employment Law and Personal Injury.  He is admitted to practice before the state and federal bars of Connecticut and New York, as well as the United States Tax Court. He is also a frequent lecturer to the bar and professional organizations on business litigation and employment practices.
